How to Use

Pull them on against your skin — every built-in contact zone must sit firmly against bare skin; clothing goes over the shorts, never between the zones and your skin.

Press the controller button — hold POWER/MODE for 3 seconds, choose your mode and channel, then increase intensity gradually, starting low.

Live your life — your glutes activate on their own for a 15-minute session; the controller switches off automatically.
First use: charge the controller for at least 90 minutes. Important: the technology requires direct, secure skin contact — the built-in load-detection safety feature prevents pulse output when the contact zones are not fully connected to the skin.
