What is GYM IN A BOX®?
GYM IN A BOX® is wearable muscle-activation technology from Beverly Hills, since 2015 — and As Seen On TV. Our belts, apparel and devices run on patented ToneUp15® Pulse Body StimFit Technology: wireless, no gel pads, worn on bare skin. Home, work or travel — no gym required.
How does it work?
Press the button on the wireless controller. Gentle microcurrent pulses make your muscles contract on their own — real muscle work while you go about your day. Modes are preset pulse patterns, intensity levels are strength: start low, increase gradually.
How long is a session?
One toning session is 15 minutes — that's our recommended usage for one session, and it's what ToneUp15® is built around. Your device shuts off automatically when the session ends. Some wearables run longer cycles — the PowerPants and the PowerShirt, for example. You can use your device for up to two sessions a day; just follow the instructions for your specific device.
Do I wear it over clothing?
No — the devices need direct skin contact, so wear yours on bare skin, never over clothing. Once it is in place, your clothes can go over the device.
What does it feel like?
A tingling, pulsing sensation as your muscles contract — the stimulation working, not vibration. Start low; increase gradually, only when the device sits correctly and feels comfortable.
Who should not use it?
For adult use only. Do not use during pregnancy, and do not use with a pacemaker, defibrillator or another implanted electronic device — and never while driving, sleeping or bathing. With any medical condition or concern, consult your physician before use.

How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide on each product page. SlimCore™ is one size, fits S–XXL. Do not size down for extra compression — the zones must sit correctly against your skin.
How long do I charge it?
About 90 minutes for a full charge before first use, using the supplied accessories. Keep controllers away from water.
Why don't I feel it working?
Check the charge and placement, and make sure the contact areas sit fully against your skin. Many systems have load detection and will not activate otherwise; that is a safety feature, not a defect. Still stuck? Email us a photo or short video of your setup.
How do I clean my wearable?
Remove the controller and electronics first. Hand wash only where your product's care instructions allow, keep electronics away from moisture, and air dry. Never put a controller in water, a washing machine or a dryer.
What are the shipping times?
FREE U.S. shipping. Orders ship from Beverly Hills, California — most deliveries arrive within 5–7 working days, with tracking when your order ships.

What is the return policy?
Eligible regular-price items may be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging. A return authorization is required first, and a $39 return-processing fee applies (restocking, repacking and outbound shipping). Once your return is authorized, we will give you the return address and instructions.
