WHAT ARE GYM IN A BOX® BODY-CARE PRODUCTS DESIGNED TO DO?

Our topical formulas, including the Fit & Firm Workout Enhancer™ Gel, are designed to complement your GYM IN A BOX® routine. They condition and care for the skin in the areas you train, supporting the look and feel of smooth, firm-looking skin. They are skincare / workout-enhancer products — they contain no electronics and deliver no pulses.

WHERE DO I APPLY IT?

Apply to clean, dry skin on the body areas you want to focus on, such as the abdomen, waist, arms or thighs, as directed on the product label. Avoid the face and eyes, and do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

WHEN AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE IT?

Use as directed on the product label — daily use, or around your GYM IN A BOX® session. Consistent daily use delivers the best-looking results.

CAN I USE IT UNDERNEATH MY WEARABLE DEVICE'S CONTACT AREAS?

No. Do not apply creams, oils or gels underneath the contact areas of your wearable GYM IN A BOX® device — residue can interfere with proper skin contact. Use body-care products on other areas, or apply them after your session, once the skin is clean and dry.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Patch-test on a small area of skin first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

HOW DOES IT FIT INTO MY GYM IN A BOX® ROUTINE?

Train with your wearable device on clean, dry skin first; follow with your body-care product afterwards as part of your regular skincare routine.
