How do I get the strongest, most comfortable contact?

Why can’t I feel the pulses when the product is off my body?
That is intentional. Many GYM IN A BOX® devices include load detection and will not pulse unless the conductive areas have proper skin contact. This is a built-in safety feature—not a defect.
How should I charge the controller?
Fully charge the controller before the first session. A typical charge may take approximately 90 minutes, depending on the product and power source. After selecting a program, use the intensity controls to increase stimulation gradually.
